Warranty Coverage

Our warranty policy covers the following aspects:

Return Policy

  1. 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any items for a full refund, no questions asked. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  2. 30-Day Conditional Returns: After the initial 7 days, you have an additional 23 days (for a total of 30 days from the date of delivery) to return items for a refund or exchange, provided they meet certain conditions. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, and the return must be due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item received.

Exclusions

Our warranty policy does not cover the following:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Items subjected to regular use over time may exhibit wear and tear, which is not covered by our warranty.
  • Improper Use: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect is not covered. This includes exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, and improper handling.
  • Modifications: Any modifications or alterations made to the product by the customer or an unauthorized third party void the warranty.
